Overnight noise for insomnia
Describes a simple form of overnight passive Tai Chi for rebuilding stored thiamine levels

The general idea is to have more yin (pink noise) than yang (white noise) at night so that the body rebuilds its chi field (stored thiamine) while still having sufficient bloodstream thiamine levels to both initiate and maintain sleep. Using too much white noise (e.g. continuously) defeats the chi storage part of the chi respiration cycle and causes loss of stamina. Using too much pink noise can result in inadequate thiamine-based energy support for the immune system. A no-noise interval as part of the cycle allows whatever is happening in the background -- full moon, gas giant alignment, etc. -- to express itself as well, just in case there are cosmic influences that are beneficial that aren't being accommodated by the noise intervals.
It is a good idea to strength-test each noise sequence to make sure that it is doing what you expect. Using a kinesiology hand squeezer, the white noise should make you stronger, the pink noise weaker, and the no noise either, depending upon the cosmic chi forces in effect when you test.
With an MP3 player and speaker-dock (or headband headphones) you can pre-program different sequences of white, pink, and void by stacking them into playlists which you sellect to play in looping mode. The .zip file available in:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/57134457/noise.zip
contains the basic building blocks (white_2.mp3, pink_2.mp3, and void_1.mp3) with two minutes of white noise, two minutes of pink noise and one minute of no noise, respectively.
To create a white_2_pink_4_void_2 playlist, for example, you would use:
• 1 x white_2.mp3
• 2 x pink_2.mp3
• 2 x void_1.mp3
This is a good starting point. The yin (pink) interval can then be increased gradually by adding more pink_2 building blocks into other playlists as your chi becomes more robust. You can also try different combinations to find the one which makes you feel the most comfortable at your current chi level.
An overnight background noise sequence smooths out the cosmic chi forces considerably, helping you to sleep better and more consistently while still rebuilding your chi energy field. After a while, you should be able to feel the cosmic energy flow through your body's field as a slight tingling through your fingers and toes as your chi field becomes stronger.
