Arguments that farmers harmed by Prop 37 are Fabrications

The arguments that farmers will be harmed by the Passage of Prop 37 are fabrications. I have listened to the farmers and staff at Hillcrest Farmers Market. I am disheartened that some of my most loved and generous local organic farmers and others who grow by nature's rules are being taken in by the deceptive points of view who are fighting to win San Diego over to their dream of Biotech Ah here and continued chemical farming methods;
Organic farmers are exempt from any added regulation from the passage of Prop 37, Blanket lawsuits against farmers are impossible. Farmers are not at risk here at all when they support this. No added regulation or red tape goes with the passage. Farmers already know the seeds they use and are regulated by the Department of Ag. Some wondered by the SD Farm Bureau was against this. Farm Bureaus are insurance companies that support and are supported by BIg Ag and Monsanto & Company. Check this out:
In the long run, these methods hurt local and and national soil and people health. Watch the flm "Bitter Seeds" and be forewarned.

I want to express a heartfelt plea to not be taken in by the fabrications put out by the $44 Million No campaign that is to some degree being reflected in the UT stories and editorials on Prop 37. We deserve the Right to Know what is in our food, and this prop has been carefully and ethically crafted by a team of caring professionals who have consulted with farmers and grocers. When it passes Nov 6, it will do no harm. Please vote yes on prop 37 and tell your friends. San Diego is Ground Zero to win this, The Victory is in our hands.
Notes from my conversation with Pamm Larry, instigator of Prop 37, and one of the lead ethical lawyers, Joseph Sandler, who helped craft the bill to win are here. The Lawyer strategy of the No folks is dishonest and needs to be turned as aside. I encourage the U-T to do some honest research.

I have researched more than 100 years of giants who have looked at what it will take to build and return to a healthy economy based on living in harmony with nature. Biotech farming, inspire of its immediate financial return, will not prevail. Vandana Shiva and her work in India to save our sacred seeds is inspired by the pain of thousands of farmers who tried Biotech and failed attempting to make a buck using it. It is flawed. It will not work, not here, or there.

Look down the road. Monsanto & Co, after contaminating most of our seeds and minds, will be at the forefront of promoting organic ag and selling the few remaining heirloom seeds back to us for megabucks. By then, we will need to rip out most of our existing crops and start new, and they too will attempt to make a buck off that. Vote Yes and save yourself pain.
Prop 37 has been well crafted by caring environmental lawyers with ethics, and scientists, and farmers who set out to do no harm and want the best for humanity. The No side has no little ethics. Vote Yes. The world is looking to San Diego to win Prop 37. I am sorry so many good farmers have been taken in by the fabrications and grateful to those people reading this who will help win Yes on 37. Google "The Main Lawyer was not James Wheaton. It was Joseph Sandler."

There is no risk to local San Diego Farmers. You can believe the $44 million PR campaign of Monsanto & Company if you wish, but Prop 37, in truth was not the brainstorm of Oakland lawyer James Wheaton, the Proponent--the legal person who submitted the law to the Attorney General, but the work of an entire team of highly ethical lawyers, farmers, scientists, and consultants who crafted Prop 37 to Pass. All the No arguments are based on one reality, a dying system of Large Scale harmful ag is being replaced by people once again taking responsibility for growing some of their own food. San Diego is Ground Zero, according to Pamm Larry, instigator of this campaign. We can grow enough food here to feed all of our people and export to the nation. Organic thrives here. Biotech farming would like to thrive here. A true local food movement does not read the paper much. They are too busy learning to grow food, so we can stop starving. Gratefully, there will be enough locals educated in the ways of nature to help the others. Economic failure is already a done deal due to farming and food standing on a foundation of greed.
7.5 Million + 2 are needed to win Prop 37. You can be the deciding vote Yes on 37.
7.5 Million + 2 are needed to win prop 37 in my estimation. Our Grassroots are growing in among those signing this petition. Join Jeffrey Smith, Pamm Larry, David Bronner, Carlo Petrini, State Senator John Vasconcellos, Tom Newmark, and more than 500 who have signed. Scan the list and find the names of many San Diego local leaders and people who care about you. You are the one vote who will win this in the final days. Reach out and touch someone in San Diego who has never heard of Prop 37 or the need to vote Yes on 37.

Does This Pizza Need to be Labeled? Monsanto & Co and their $44 M + No campaign, and their Revolving door employees at the FDA suggest not.
