Soy Hemagglutinins Cause Blood Cells To Clump Together!

Antibodies and lectins are hemagglutinins ... . Plants such as soy make use of phytohemagglutinins (plant based hemagglutinins) to defend against pests as they cause key cells in the pests, such as blood cells, to clump together. Levels of phytohemagglutinins are high in soy.(16) Again, as with the other anti-nutrients, hemagglutinin is deactivated during fermentation."[3]

I have a brother who has blood drawn on a regular basis because it is too thick. I wonder how much hemagglutinins there is in his diet.
Now the question becomes "what 'organic soy' products are not contaminated?" Can we ever know? Can we be certain? Are you going to trust a soy food corporation to give you full disclosure? The FDA used the term "Russian roulette" to describe their over hyped warning about drinking raw milk. The truth is you are more likely to ingest GMO contaminated soy from "organic" soy products than you are to get sick from drinking raw milk. Now who's playing "Russian Roulette"?

"More than sixty percent of processed, packaged foods—including many gluten-free products—contain soy ingredients, and it’s in nearly one hundred percent of fast foods."[1]
I stopped eating "fast foods" quite a number of years ago (actually decades) and have virtually eliminated "packaged foods" as well over the current decade and every time I read information like this I am so glad I did! I think of the people who depend upon these problematic foods and understand situations like working over forty hours a week on top of raising a family limits the amount of time one can devote to preparing food "from scratch". I then think of community-supported kitchens like the ones I have blogged about before here.
In addition there is the "Cheeta"[2] vision that I have a whole blog entirely devoted to consisting of an eco-village where the nutritional needs are met for all the members by way of their own Biodynamic onsite farm and onsite community kitchen. I claim all the miracles for realizing this vision! The vision is larger than anything I have worked with before and yet my whole life has led up to this in many organic ways!
I find motivation to pursue the vision when reading the latest updates on how devastating the "Standard American Diet: SAD/MAD "Modern Amercian Diet has become for most of the population and the worst of it is the loss of children's health!
I find the more positive articles all the more motivating when I read:
"Many alternative health practitioners believe that sensitive people will need to assiduously avoid gluten and casein for life, but in my experience, it’s possible to heal the gut and attain radiant good health on a gluten-free, casein-free version of the WAPF diet. This diet would necessarily be rich in bone broth, cultured vegetables, coconut oil and a high-vitamin cod liver oil. Supplement regimens—preferably based on laboratory assessment— may speed things along, but lasting healing will only come from real foods, including high-quality animal products. That said, there must be a complete elimination of gluten, casein and soy for at least six months and maybe a year or more. This is not easy to attain in today’s world."[1]
The Cheeta Eco-village would be the right environment wherby "a complete elimination" of all troublesome food products (virtually all "foods of commerce") would be "easy to attain"!
