meditation timers... I love meditation!

I started meditating again and soon I will start doing my eight gates meditation. I use a meditation timer on my iphone and here it is:

I'm starting all kinds of brain hacking things like memory palaces and meditation since I've gone back to university to obtain my RN degree. Stay tuned. I'll keep this blog updated more often now that I'm getting back to what works for me which is meditation and tons of reading.
