Day 5 of Juice Cleanse

I must note that I have had difficulty falling asleep the first four nights so I took a melatonin and a deep sleep herbal pill. Last night I didn't take one but fell asleep anyway after some obligatory turning. I think I will skip on the sleeping aids today again.
Last night I had an insanely delictious juice: carrot, orange, butternut squash, turmeric and pineapple. YUM. This morning I made kale, celery, cucumber, green apple and green mellon and ginger. Also very very yummy. However, my stomach is growling up a storm today. Maybe overdid it on the sugar? Maybe the citrus? Or maybe because I forgot to bring my raw protein/greens mixture to work today, which, I dare say is quite helpful.
A note on the supplements, I have been taking a mushroom mix for stamina. My body seems to like it. A kit of anti-veral herbs from Dr. Herbs came in. I am wondering if I should add those to my daily regimen or wait until after the juicing when I am back on raw. I have had cold sores since I was a child and this summer had them break out 3 or 4 times!!! Any slight change in temperature and I am affected right away. Come to think of it, when I used to be 100% raw and would bathe in cold rivers in california and then go into hot springs and be cold at night I didn't have any outbreaks... hmm... I will try the antivirals as well and will pray that this fall I won't have any.
I haven't weighed myself, I decided to wait until day 10. My initial weight was 145, which is ok for my height, 5'9. But I would welcome any change there as well.
