Ate raw today, New plans
Date: 7/11/2011 7:38:45 PM ( 13 y ) ... viewed 1838 times It so hot and humid where I live, I was starting to feel sick. I was outside walking around and running errands. No matter how much I drank, I still felt thirsty.
Someone told me you need some salt intake in hot weather cause you sweat a lot.(electrolytes?) So, I thought, maybe that is why I am feeling dizzy and sick.
So I ate
but only raw fruits and vegetables. I had some grapes, and a salad of chopped up mixed fresh veggies, flavored with liquid amino (soy sauce alternative) and lime juice.
It would of been cool to be able to do consecutive days of fasting, but as long as I'm making progress, staying away from processed foods, sticking to raw.
I will fast and eat raw intuitively from now on, instead of trying to embark on a really long fast. I will still fast but on and off, some fasting some raw, based on how I feel. Or at least that is the plan for now.
I have so much weight to lose, that even if I fasted 30 days, I would still be obese, even with 30 or so lbs gone, I would still weight 200 lb.
I think doing a long fast towards the end of my weight loss might make more sense, to tighten any loose skin I might have, and get rid of any stubborn lbs that won't come off.
