Art inspired by my trip to the Peruvian Amazon in 2006, this painting is an amalgamation of several sketches done while in the rainforest.

First time painting this large sized watercolor--took a long time and wore out my patience! I like to start and finish a painting in two sessions--one to draw it in pencil and another to paint. This one took 4 days. It'll be awhile before I do another one this large!
