Day two of water fast

Woke up weighed myself and five pounds of water weight gone. went back to bed. its not as bad as yesterday because i'm in bed most of today i think. I'm also not as hungry but i'm thinking about food, and i think i'ld be hard pressed to refuse a meal right now. I have to keep on reminding myself why i'm doing this however sometimes i forget. Will update tomorrow (hope i can keep myself in the fast a day longer.
