End of prefast day - 4 days and counting

Today hasn't been the best day. I've lain in bed sleeping and eating all day. I haven't made the best choices, but have kept in mind that my water fast starts on wednesday so i have to prepare for it - i think my mind is there but my body not yet, or maybe the other way round. I haven't stuck to salads and just eaten what is available, beef, beans, corn...weekends are hard for me so i kind of expected this but not this bad. I'll try and be more controlled tomorrow.
