Jamaican Jerk Marinade
1/2 c fresh orange juice1/2 c apple cider vinegar1/4 c olive oil1/8 c soy sauce1 T Braggs Liquid Aminos1 T raw honey or organic maple syrup1 T allspice1 t sea salt1 t cinnamon1/2 t nutmeg1 T fresh ginger, minced (or 1 t ground ginger)3 t fresh thyme leaves3 large garlic cloves, minced1 jalapeno, seeded and minced4 scallions, chopped
