Seefoodeatitarian diet...it works! LOL
Date: 12/17/2010 9:08:29 AM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 39213 times Friday is probably busier than Monday in terms of nursing responsibilities. It's the hardest time for rawfooders because of all the doctors' offices gifts and resident family members LOVE TO COOK.
Lately, I can hardly call myself a rawfooder because I've added back meat into my diet for awhile as well as hot soups. My green smoothies are my life and I still do those as well as any hand fruit on sale at the grocery store. The good produce is about dried up right now and I use frozen stuff which is almost as nutritious as fresh things you grow yourself.
The best gets are apples and whatever Florida is trying to offload LOL. Do I mind eating cooked foods now? Nope. My family, especially on my mother's side, has a few relatives who were long lived because they worked very hard and ate very simply. Chillax. The paleo trip is a short one.
