Date: 11/22/2010 9:57:56 AM ( 14 y ) ... viewed 55787 times And guess what I eat? Fruits, vegetables and seeds. Sometimes I eat nuts, raw, roasted,etc. I don't eat meat. My postworkout meal was a baggie of wheatgrass then when I got home I ate bananas and Trader Joe bran flakes. I eat like a powerlifter and since lifting heavy duty weight is the only thing that clears my depression, I guess I'm on the path of being a vegetarian powerlifter. When I first joined ivault 4 I wanted to lose a lot of weight. Now I'd be happy with losing five to ten more pounds before the ivault is over. By the time the vault is over I want to conquer my workplace snacking!
Last night I got really sad and had crazy disorganised thoughts. The darkness and cold makes my small town feel REALLY small. Part of it was missing my fam but mostly it was because my husband, who has clinical depression and anxiety, got out of the house and went to church with me for my birthday. We're both under such financial and mental stress. It's tough to get him out of the house. Anyhow, I decided to go do my 37 reps apiece of bench press, squats and deadlifts. It took me about half an hour to fourty five minutes to do this. I felt great and totally exhausted. I friend my brain a little but it did the trick.
