Had plain baked potatoes with mustard. And corn on the cobs, today. No added salts or fat/butter or anything and it tasted pretty good. Not as good as a slice of pizza but better then I thought it would with out all the added fats and stuff.
So fasting one day helped me eat better already.
I will be fasting on and off, taking it one day at a time.
This morning my weight was down 1 more pound at 235.
