entering the new year with my (now) annual winter cleanse...
vision goals and hopes for my winter cleanse

i find it helpful to set some goals before each cleanse, as to what i am hoping to get out of each cleanse so i can focus on my energies and clarity to begin to address those goals.
for this winter cleanse, i am anticipating this to be a relatively introspective cleanse...i feel as if i need to do some thinking about where i want to be in my life and how i am going to get there. im comfortable where i am now, but i dont want to settle into that...i want to continue to grow, and i find that this comfortable-ness keeps me from being motivated to really develop some bigger goals and develop a plan for how to get there.
so the goals for me these next couple weeks are:
1) develop a vision for where i want to be in 5 years and a plan for what i can do this year to begin moving toward that vision....
2) i want to maintain a healthy lifestyle and maintain good lifestyle habits. these cleanses are good ways to kick start those habits, but the challenge is maintaining. i need to figure out how to keep with the positive changes that these cleanses bring. one idea is to try start each morning with yoga. during the cleanse my goal is to do yoga every day.
3) following on number two, although i know these cleanses on their own are not weightloss strategies, i would like to get down to 125 pounds and maintain that weight for the next year. Success here relies on goal #2 above.
so thats where my aspirations are for this cleanse....let the fun begin!
