day two.

day two. starting to get cold.....

woke up feeling pretty good, optimistic. im looking forward to being on this journey. but not looking forward to the swf. i need to go out and buy some distilled water this morning. ohhh i am not looking forward to the swf! but if im going to do this thing, im going all the way. although ive told myself i would be fine with only doing 24oz instead of 32. (easier, its two pint glasses worth)

wow. lost five pounds since yesterday? that sounds like a lot. all water weight? but i have been peeing pretty nonstop as well, with all the teas and lemonade and soda waters (carbonated waters) with lime i have been drinking last night. hmm.

yes, the swf is as horrible as you might have imagined it. but i have read on here, others who take an ultra concentrated swf - sandwiched in between 16 oz distilled water both before and after taking two tsp. sea salt in like 8oz of water...that way you can just chug it and get it over with. i might try that next time.

i ended up getting caught by surprise - the salt water coming out the other end. mostly yellow liquid coming through, nothing super major. is that normal or should i be having more colorful results?

busy day. checked out a new place to live. went on a date. learned to weld using a migg welder (though im still pretty horrible at it). walked around downtown denver but couldnt really do anything but get a tall tea and peruse the fancy furniture stores...since every single place is food oriented... saw a movie. rushed home to get sleep so i wouldnt feel horrible tomorrow in my climbing class. not eating and then not sleeping, would probably not be a good combination. got irritable when my date wouldnt hurry so we could get back in time to get at least 6 hours sleep.

i noticed i started feeling really cold all evening, after the sun had set. apparently it was a warmer evening...i think my metabolism must have dropped pretty substantially and so my body is unable to keep itself warm...

stopped at the 24 hour grocer to get more lemons so i could be ready for tomorrow...a little concerned about how i'll do tomorrow in our first climbing outing with no food over the last couple days and not enough sleep....
