ANCIENT WISDOM, MODERN KITCHEN
Alistair Revell, 23 year chef at the Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa
remembers the days when Macrobiotic Chefs brought in their own
food and prepared in one of the Catamaran Kitchens.
Revell, an the honor roll of esteemed chefs using supporting
local grown farmers in the San Diego, and I had a lovely conversation
today about some proposed ideas I have for the upcoming
Enchanted Garden Installation at the Pacific Symposium
that will take place at the Catamaran Resort Hotel & Spa
November 4-7, 2010.
A special Event, A Fundraiser To Educate Washington
on Real Food Safety is set for 9-11 pm, Saturday November 6.
In my mind's eye, I can see two of my favorite local chefs
in a photo with Alistair Revell. There is no telling what future
this may bring to enhance even greater support for local
farmers JR Organics and Phil Noble, two of my favorite
Beet Keeper local organic growers.
