through the Pacific Symposium 2010.
The Shift Continues through the Fall,
taking on dead zones inside us and in the
world, clearing space for new growth,
putting things in order.
We are shifting the very basis of
where we stand, where our ground lies.
We are coming back to Nature's Original
Technology. Finding balance with High Tech
and its gifts.
We are called to move from seeing
government as something outside of us
to increasing our circle of influence
with those who we have elected.
We are returning to the beat of nature
one beet at a time. This is a choice.
Adapt or non- exist here.
The earth will go on.
The choice is ours to turn
the beat around.

HONORING CONVENTIONAL
AND NATURAL MEDICINE
I honor the gifts of conventional medicine
and the natural supplements that I use.
I honor the future of Real Food Safety
that calls out to root again the American Dream.
I am concerned about the future of natural supplements
and small farming if s.510 and s.3767 should pass
after the election. I am concerned that
if added regulatory powers are given to the FDA
now that are intended to bring their authority
to the local level, we could be arrested
at our farmers' market for practicing
real food without a license.
I am beginning a year long campaign
at the upcoming Pacific Symposium 2010,
November 4-7, 2010
to educate Washington on Real Food Safety.

Our relationship with food is being asked to Shift.
Our relationship with food as medicine is being asked to shift.
Our personal economics is spun out and our lives are spun out,
We are being asked to recoil.
one part out of sync with the other parts.
We are called back to be once again one beat.
Some things, such as growing a bit of our food
and supporting our remaining endangered local farmers
is required to thrive and recoil what is spun out.
