Leslie, rt front at Michelle Obama event.
We had a ball meeting each other as we
waited for the our First Lady to arrive.
She launced an initiative about CHildhood Obesity.
The Farm Bill helped cause a lot of the current
issue through fostering a program of supporting
corn syrup sales.

Most of us know very little about health.
We don't get much help from our government
to know about it.
There is a Quack List put out by some who
think they understand health.
You will find number of masters of health--
doctors who understood health--on that list.
The history of the FDA is filled with an assault
on health.
Most of us are in the dark.
We know nothing about The WHEEL OF HEALTH
a title of a book written by J.T. Wrench M.D.
that was reprinted by a number of those on the
Quack List.
The teachings in the book THE WHEEL OF HEALTH
are whole, pure, and natural. They make too much
sense to be grasped by scientists who are part of
a way of viewing life that sees Life as pieces and parts,
one part having no relationship to the other.
Our Health Bankruptcy is reflected in the massive
role legislation has played in obesity.
Obestity in America and the world is not something
that just happened. It was legislated.
It began with farm policy.
The way up from down, the way up from our brokenness
liies in Moments of Awakening.
One of the first Moments of Awakening right now
is to gain some experiences in Cooperative Living.
There is very little of that Commodity in the world.
Cooperative living in labor intensive.
It cultivates the Soul. It takes time to connect the
soil with the soil.
It takes time to grow healthy food, and come to some
understanding of what food was intended to be--
an instrument for keeping us together Body and Soul,
with Mind and Emotions in their rightful places.
I could go on and on writing here.
What we need now is a Dialogue, a Dialogue,
on Science, Ethics, and Food, just as the
committee of the AAAS has a Dialogue on Science,
Ethics, and Religion.
We are incredible out of balance.
One of the first therapeutic measures
would be getting back in sync with the beat of nature.
Do something Simple:
Grow a Beet. Eat the Greens. Keep The Beet.
That would be a good start.
