Happy Pills from Nuvah Yeetah
Called Nuvah Yeetah
Ayurvedacharya on the phone.
He has direct perception.
He coaching was simple, yet
truthful.
Nuvah spoke simply to me,
He said Stay in The flow.
Stay out of my mind.
I know that the mind when
connected with nature
can express the soul intent
to be in the flow.

I have a 2 pm appointment
today for teeth cleaning.
I do not want to forget that.
I got up this morning and
wrote out some ideas for
Living here.
I have been wavering back and forth
with a range of emotions that have
been killing.
Then, this morning,
I got up and wrote this Plant Your Dream Blog.
Then, I went back to bed for a while.
When I was writing, I was in a flow.
After going back to bed, I started to feel
anxious.
It is so shocking to be in the flow, go back to bed
and then fall out of my enchanted visions.
I called Nuvah Yeetah,
of Mission Ayurveda.
His card says
Your Herbal Programs by Phone.
every Sunday and Monday.
He is there more often.
Nuvah lived in San Diego when I met him.
He now lives in Sedona.
For a while the FDA was stopping the flow
of his marvelous medicines that come from India.
Now the flow is open again.
I highly recommend this beautiful spiritual man
who has a deep connection with spiritual values.
So what was going on?
Why was I so in the flow early in the morning
when I wrote this here,
and then what happened when I
was starting to feel anxious?
I called Nuvah.
I took some notes.
He said he would send me some Happy Pills.
By that he meant some hospital quality
Ayurvedic Medicines.
WHAT NUVAH YEETAH

When I am in the flow
I am receiving.
When I am in my mind
I am in my thoughts.
When I am in my mind,
I am in my thoughts.
This is when I get scared.
I am cut off from my soul.
I know that when my soul is in the driver's
seat of my life, I am feeling really good.
When I am happy, I am receiving guidance.
I am getting signs.
The next thing is happening.
When I am in my mind,
and my mind is cut off from my soul,
I am feeling this range of emotions
that can get very extreme to
where I do not want to live.
We are in a Summer Shift 2010,
as I am calling it.
I sense that mastership is required.
That means allowing the soul to be in the drivers
seat of our life.
Nuvah says this is not a good time to go into the mind.
He is very happy these days.
I would like to stay in my flow longer during the day.

KURCHI BARK
Nuvah recommended Kurchi Bark to me
originally. This is a strengthening herb
that really has an effect on the persistent diarrhea I can
have. I have had persistent diarrhea for numbers of years.
I find that with the combination of
the Kurchi Bank and the Original Quinton Marine Plasma,
I can go many hours without diarrhea.
This Kurchi bark has an effect on the bacteria that
was seen in medical tests I did.
I was identified as having Blasto Hominis,
