About 2 (or more) cups of water (ideally at body temperature).
Nutritional Yeast to your tolerance (based on your sensitivity to having a niacin flush). I take 6 Tablespoons but you may need to start with about 2 or 3 T & work up from there.
chlorella, spirulina, Blue Green Algae (or the like) to your tolerance. I take about 1 and 1/2 Tablespoons of chlorella. You could start with a teaspoon and work up from there.
Cinnamon (helps regulate blood sugar level and adds an enjoyable flavor). I take a Tablespoon.
Bee Pollen. You can start with as little as 1/2 teaspoon (or even less) to test it out. Some people have sensitivity to it. I take 5 Tablespoons.
Celtic Sea Salt to taste.
Coconut Oil or other high quality organic, real food oil. I take about 2 Tablespoons. When I have bone broth I will use a cup of that instead of the oil.
I blend the first five food items into the (temperature adjusted) water for a few seconds and then add the oil for another couple seconds. I find this satisfies me as if it were a small meal.
