Made it to day 3!

It's 3:40 PM on Mother's Day and I've been having a good day. I weighed myself this morning and weighed 140.4. I started my day with an hour an a half of yoga (my first time). I'm not sure what I think about it. They use a lot of jargon I don't understand or understand how to make my body do the things they are saying. I'm going to try it again this week and see how it goes. Then I tried Colonics for the first time. I wasn't a big fan while I was there, but I definitely feel better. I haven't had a BM in 3 days and could just feel it festering. After colonics, I treated myself to some fruit juice. Yum yum. I had a massage, which was amazing and made it home to try some tomato juice. It's certainly not what you get in the store or even bloody mary mix. It was OK (tastes like tomato! go figure)...but I feel like I'm working my way towards veggie juice. I'm going to try some tonight! Wish me luck! I'm getting a little bit tired now and have been a little bit dizzy, but I slept well again last night and have been feeling pretty good overall. This is the first day I've felt hungry, but I'm still going strong. See you tomorrow!
