Day 2
some rest and relaxation has been amazing and I've dedicated my whole weekend to it.
Date: 5/8/2010 5:03:33 PM ( 14 y ) ... viewed 1749 times Day 1 was full of hiccups and headaches and being in bed by 7:30, but I made it through day 1. There were numerous times I thought about eating something, but I stayed strong. I made a carrot, cucumber and apple juice, which I had a few sips of but couldn't get down. I'm not sure I'm ready for vegetable juices yet. The good news is I am already down to 141.4 lbs and have been feeling pretty good, but a headache has set in again and I'm getting sleepy. My body must be going through some major detox!
Here's to another day.....
BTW....mango juice is amazing. I even mixes some mango and orange juice, which was fantastic.
