Day 5/21 tired woke up in the middle of the night

Wow ever wake up out of a deep sleep and have to pee bad??? My nabe across the street died and so the ambulance was idling for a while. I put myself back to sleep saying a prayer for the lady. I almost broke my smoothie feast for real and ate a chocolate bar. I decided not to eat the chocolate bar but opted for some chocolate cream in my coffee. While it's a technical cheat the important thing is that I didn't drive out to the drugstore to buy a dark chocolate bar and eat the whole thing. It wouldn't have made me feel better.

I'm tired today though so I may have to take a nap. OR maybe not. We'll see. I dont think I got enough sleep though. Oh well such is life. I'm awake and the lady across the street isnt :( It's super windy today and I'm not looking to be a bike riding hero. Going to the gym today.
