Today is Thrusday, April 1, 2010 - 11:00PM
Tommorrow (Friday, April 2nd, 2010) I will begin my 40-DAY full body water fasting detox challenge. I am excited to get to the results, but I am afraid I wont be able to stick to the diet. This is why I am joining a social network so I can get support from everyone!
To be honest, I am a food addict. I am ashamed of it, and am embarassed of my weight. My confidence is very low and I feel I limit myself from doing things because of my body size. As most people, I have a soft spot for chocolate, candy, cake, cookies, chips, any thing that starts with a "C" and isnt good for you ;). Also when I eat, I eat FAST, and my portions are high!
HOWEVER I AM OVER IT ALL! I HATE MY BODY AND AM READY FOR CHANGE!
YES I CAN! YES I CAN! YES I CAN!
I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT, AND I WILL!
YES I CAN!
I want to change and grow as an indivuidal. I dont want to live a life with depression and always having emotional breakdowns. As a female, I am very sensitive. I have never admitted it, but I am. I always find myself sad because I feel nobody likes me because i am ugly and FAT. I want to be a healither, cleaner, and a happy person. I will also become more religous and ask God for his help, reconnecting with him. I am very excited for this challenge. I CAN DO IT! IT WONT BE EASY, BUT I CANNOT GIVE UP! I CAN DO IT!
So, for my diet, I have made guidelines for the next 40 days:
MORNING (6:30AM)
1. Have a small bowl of all-natural whole oatmeal with a fresh fruit
2. One cup of Green Tea
3. A Tablespoon of Liquid Iron and Fishoil
FOR THE REST OF THE DAY, DRINK ONLY:
- Water (Cold)
- Green Tea
- White Tea
- Camomile Tea
- Oolong Tea
- Lemon Juice from fresh lemon can be added to the water for flavour
- & if you feel the need to chew, try ice cubes
BREAKING THE FAST (8:00PM)
Time to break the fast!
Here, you can have ONE fruit. It is best to SLICE the fruit in pieces, and eat SLOWLY! This will make you fill fuller.
After your fruit, have a cup of water to wash everything down.
DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT EAT ANYTHING ELSE AFTER YOUR FRUIT.
CONTINUE THE REST OF THE DAY ON WATER OR ON THE DRINKS ABOVE

So this will be diet that I am planning on going on. It will be a VERY hard diet to do, but I need to stay motivated!
I hope I can get everyone's SUPPORT to help me continue on!
If anyone is willing to participate in this plan, for 40 days, to lose A LOT OF WEIGHT, PLEASE message me so we can do it together! Its best if you have someone with you as we together will keep each other motivated and strong through this time.
