hey!
i did a 30 day water fast last year and lost about 45 pounds. after that i ate vegan. i loved it & felt great! once i moved back home, in this tiny little boring town, i gained it back plus more. i am tired and sick of hating my body and i want to enjoy my summer and get into a 2 piece. i will join you today, but i will be doing water fast with maybe a little juicing. i will try this for 2 months and then slowly break the fast and become vegan again!
lets stay in touch & motivate each other. this website really encouraged and helped me through my last fast!
