So it's now the end of Day 8 of my fast, 1/5 of the way through =)
I'm feeling much better than I had. I was fine the first few days apart from being a little hungry but then I got pretty tired and weak, going up stairs was a struggle and on Day 6 I had pretty bad lower back pain. This is practically gone by today though and I feel pretty good =D Emotionally, I've been well...different. The first 5 days I was quite normal. Day 6 I was a bit under the weather from the tiredness and pain but I was very perky in the morning and in the evening I was so happy I could barely talk, for practically no reason at all. Yesterday and today haven't been as great. I've been kinda average but also below average, today I yelled at someone and I don't even remember the last time I did that. I was really under extra stress though so perhaps that explains it. But I'm looking forward to things improving from tomorrow =D
Are other people resting while they fast? Because I'm at school but on holidays at the moment and working 8 hour days 6 days a week on my feet all day. And when I get back to school next week I'm involved with quite a lot of sports so I'm wondering how that will all go...
I have craved food but I know I'm not actually hungry and I haven't been very tempted. Today I stayed in the same room as my family while dinner was being cooked and eaten and had no real inclination to eat anything at all.
I'm not sure of my starting weight but the highest I've ever weighed was 145 so I think it was 140-145 or so but yesterday I was about 128! I've really noticed weight loss in my face, collarbones and arms, probably because these are the parts I see the most when I look in the mirror but I do think I've lost all over. And it's weight I'm planning on never getting back. I'm in the process of working out where to from here when I finish my fast but I'm also trying to concentrate on the fasting itself and enjoying the process =D Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
