Diet is always key in building up your frame. You want enough protein, but dont go overboard, otherwise you will look more like Chyna than you will me. NO sugar, NO carbs...that means no chips, no bread, no ice cream, no butter, no salts (or barely a dash) no rice, no pasta, nothing but nuts, protein, salads, veggies, fruits, and that's about it. if you cannot dedicate yourself to a good diet, you can work out all you want and never see any results. Drink tons of water, green tea (hot or cold) w/splenda and if you must have pop (or as you east coasters like to correct me "soda" though BOTH are WRONG it's soda pop lol) drink cherry coke zero, sprite zero or coke zero. VITAMINS, PEOPLE! You want to take a multi vitamin daily, along withy MSM (good for hair, skin and nails!) some fiber (who doesnt like to poop easily?) Perfect Food pills (NOT the poweder for drinks..ick!) to get all your veggie goodies, OMEGA 3 fish oil ESPECIALLY if you DO NOT EAT FISH! You NEED these! Iron for you ladies, unless your daily multi contains it...and that's all I can think of for now. I take over 17 vitamin pills a day. ONCE you get to your target weight and frame, only THEn can you allow yourself ONE splurge day a week. if you do more than this, you will not be happy when you see the chunk come back. Also...NO DRINKING. Drinking is the top weight gainer out there.

I also work out every single day of the week, with the once in a while exceptions. Monday, Thursday and Sunday I go to extreme kickbox class with Olympian and World Champ boxer extraordinaire Moses Eagle James. His class is a unique exercise combining traditional boxing, kick boxing, aerobics and weightlifting. My friend Brandy and I have been going to his classes for a while, but stay in the back so we can whisper to each other "f*** him! f*** this! it hurts! this sucks! and I am dying!" lol Wed night I go to bootcamp that my friend katie runs at our gym. It is Just that...bootcamp. it is awful. Fridays nights I got to cardio kickboxing with my fun trainer Jesse who brings me to the brink of fainting at the end of every class. Tuesday and Saturday I do an hour on the elliptical machine, It looks like I jumped in a swimming pool by the time I am done. needless to say, to wear any sort of makeup to any of my gym days would be a VERY stupid idea. I'd look like Courtney Love singing Doll parts in 95 ; ) I wish i could do MORE cardio, but every class I do is non stop, so while I am lifting weights, squating etc I am able to jump around to the point that my face remains red for up to 2 hours afterward!

If your workout does not include you sweating to the point that you are soaked, I don't think you are doing very much for yourself. Everyone asks "How can I do it, what should I do?" But they know what they should be doing, they just arent doing it. it's hard. I want to die every day I am at the gym. But you know what? I feel pretty damn good about my body....and with a fit body, comes amazing sex ; )
