Wow! I am going to spend a good portion of this day,
at least until 2 PM cleaning up my space!
Thank God!
What I do today is very important.
I am going to put aside taking steps to organize
the Blogs I want to write post Natural Product Expo West.
I have some fantastic new products that I want to support
and a ton of opportunities.
Cleaning up is the key to coming out of the Narrow Places.
Leaving Narrow places is the "Journey of Awakening" that I
take each year this time of year. I use a series of daily
Kabbalistic Meditaitons by Rabbi Ted Falcon.
These meditations connect the specific areas of the body
with various energy centers.
I will be taking photos of my process today.
I have some lovely music going around my head
from Pato Banton, a beautiful man who does Reggae Music.
I am going to thoroughly enjoy!
