Iodine days 2 and 3 (dose doubled)

Something told me last night to take 12mg. rather than 6 again (a good friend keeps reminding me to follow my gut.) I took 2 drops last night around 9pm and was WIRED until about 3:30am. I got a lot of house organization and cleaning done in the weeee hours of the morning. I slept until about 11 today and have just ingested 12mg. more of iodine.
I think that from now on I will take the iodine in the afternoon rather than the evening to avoid being so wired at night.
