DAY 1 Very excited to begin my fast

So here we go today is day one of a 10 day fast. I am so excited to begin. I love the feeling of my body expelling all those toxins!! Detox is hard but, the benefits well out way the symptoms!!
I have such a better outlook on my life, a feeling of enlightenment! I am so pleased with all the info and knowledge I have gained from all the curezone members!!
So just water today,I am going for 10 days. Wash,wash,wash those toxins right outta there!!
I will post daily, chins up and happy fasting!!
