Day 3 of my fast

This morning I had a really bad headache that lasted on and off most of the day. I had that yucky white coating on my tongue as most people get while fasting. I also notice my tongue has ridges on both sides. It does not hurt or bother me but it looks very odd. I scraped off the white coating and it actually made a horrible taste get stuck in my mouth the rest of the day. I slept alot today because I kept getting nauseous so I thought laying still would be best.
I weigh 140lbs so I have lost 3.4lbs. I drank 3 liters of water and 2 glasses of juice. Besides the headache, upset stomach and coated tongue I am not experiencing anything to horrible. I have just laid around most of the day but I have not felt low on energy.
