Day 15 of 100 days of fasting and then some
Today I felt my spirit start to soar with a ting of ecstasy.

Today the shoulder pain decreased dramatically. I am really loving this fast. A fast is like making love to yourself. I find that my mental state took a jump also today. I find myself in appreciation just for appreciation sake.
I have my ipod banging out tunes in the background and every song seems just perfect. It is great to be in an uplifting mood and to have a perspective of that is all I want to see, or experience.
I had some more cantaloupe juice and it really does not disappoint. In addition to the cantaloupe juice I had some fennel, celery, spinach and cucumber. It was refreshing and a great pick me up. Fasting and doing it with fresh live juices has tremendous advantages. The live enzymes are awakening, rejuvenating and uplifting my body, thoughts and spirit.
In the first 10 days, I had to do an enema to get my bowels to move daily. It seems like my elimination has been unclogged. I went to the restroom twice today with no aide of an enema.
I will close out today with a 15 minute meditation, 15 minutes of reading some of my Hilton Hotep book and strategizing out my business goals for tomorrow. I expect to get a number of clients tomorrow effortlessly. As Abraham Hicks would say, “The better it gets, the better it gets”.
