I made some observations for day 10 as it resolves to myself. This fast I’m taking up is also to alleviate some minor pain that I’ve been feeling in my right shoulder for some months now. I also want my left shoulder to have more strength. I’ve noticed for the last year that I do not have the strength in my shoulders as I did in my twenties. I’ve noticed in the last 2 days that my shoulders are starting to gain some strength.
In the midst of this fast I’ve encountered 2 mice in my home. I do not like vermin of any kind. However, I shouldn’t have fear of vermin and I do. Therefore, I think that the mice showing up is a test to help me get over some fears that I shouldn’t have. I actually think it is working because I was hysterically fazed by the sitings as I usually would. I see this fasting journey as a growth process that will affect me emotionally, mentally & physically.
My total intake of juices today was around 24 ounces of natural raw juices. I will and I’m going to be more disciplined in meditating at least 15 minutes a day. I know that meditating will aide in my healing. My bowel movement was significant today. I love it when I can see, feel and experience the releasing of the toxins. And I don’t care if it is a physical, emotional or a mental release. Anyone of those brings great benefits.
In a book that I was reading titled, “Cleanse & Purify Thyself”, it stated that you’d receive unexpected benefits for cleansing. The statement is paraphrased some like this. The more pure our cells and organs become, the more efficient they become. There comes a point when the channels of energy are unblocked and energy begins to flow such as few have experienced before. I’m looking forward and I am expecting the flow.
