My new juicer arrived. Wooot!
I've aways found it very useful to journal as I go and that's why I've created this blog. I'll try to update daily :)

I'm an experienced juice faster but I've always done it before using an old centrifugal juicer that my mother purchased in the 1970s!
I've never been unhappy with the machine, or the taste of the juice (which I drink immediately it's made) but I'm really excited to think I'll be getting full nutrition from my juice now...what's more juice with a "shelf life" too! I'm interested to see how these differences might improve my experience of juice fasting.
I'm hoping to start this coming Saturday October 17th.
I've done juice fasts of 7 - 28 days before, generally once a year, so I know what to expect....good and bad.
