Yesterday I stopped eating at 2:00pm. I was told it is important to do a pre-fast, atleast for one day, to clean out the colon. Today I have decided to drink some soup that will clean the colon. Then later take an enema, this way I will be ready to go on a strict water and dry fast. It is important to get rid of debris from your colon, or it can make you uncomfortable during a fast. Today I should have several bowel movements, which whill help me get through the fast. It is also important not to use any kind of enema while on a water fast. Its best to do it before you start the fast. So, i have decided to flush some stuff out of the colon before attempting a long fast. By doing the flush it will help me reach my 40 day mark. If anyone wants to join me in the fast, it would be great. We can support eachother.
