Chemical hazards in our field?
Shouldn't this be addressed in our FOOD SAFETY
legislation????

Got a little email from
my favorite SUSTAINABILITY EXPERT
ANTHONY ZOLEZZI this morning.
Anothy sees good coming out of the
recent UK report that organic foods
are little better than conventional food.
Of course, this is bogus research.
I will comment more later.

We really need to redefine
what FOOD SAFETY is.
We are passing laws now,
THE FOOD SAFETY ENHANCEMENT ACT 2009
that make no mention of
the chemical hazards in our fields.
