Blast of ideas!!!
Oops! IT is the 10th of the Month,
I better get a check into CHASE.
FOOD JOURNAL?
I promised ANGEL.
He is an outstanding student intern
on the shift that works on me each week
down at PCOM.
Next Sunday is Graduation day
down at the CATAMARAN.
The Catamarah will be the location
of the PACIFIC SYMPOSIUM 09
This November.
FARMERS' MARKET INSPIRATIONS
I also have a blast of uplifting ideas
for the FARMERS' MARKET TOUR
1-2 PM, August 23 at the
HILLCREST FM.
What a struggle getting a working copy
of this flyer. I must have uploaded it five
times before I culled out most of the typo "weeds."
I think I got it pretty good now.
I did not get to the FM till near 12 noon.
Much of the fresh greens were gone, but there
is just too much food being left behind.
We are in a tremendous tomato explosion!!!
Who knows recipes for Tomatoes???
What to do with rotten tomatoes?
What to do with such an abundant harvest of tomatoes???
These are not our typical tomatoes!!!
They are some of the last therapeutic quality food
around, grown here by our local organic farmers!!!
IDEAS I SEE FOR THE TOUR
We have a Puppet Insurgency Group
that JULIA DOES!!! Wouldn't it be great
if they paid a visit to the tour?
We vould have some masked figures
of our President OBAMA, REP SUSAN DAVIS,
MICHAEL R. TAYLOR our New Food Czar,
and ___, head of the CODEX ALIMENTARIUS
COMMISSION, CONGRESSIONMAN ___ the head
of BIO, The Governor of California, and his wife,
who put in a garden at Sacramento's Capitol Park.
There is a 4 PM meeting at OB People's of
ROOTS. It would be good to have some copies
of the flyer printed up.
GOAL: Too much food is being left over at
the end of each market.

FOOD JOURNAL FOR THE WEEK
Acupuncture appointment was
Wednesday and is this Wednesday
WED:
Worked right up to the last moment...
Ate some almonds on the run,
as I drove to appointment.
May have had SPARKY WATER from DANAE HARDING.
I have been getting into a routine with that every morning
and eve. I am settled into one wineglassful with the
GLACIER MILK from ANCIENT TEK.
Concern: Running out of this very special water
that is turning on the cells of my body.
Lots of info on the SPARKY WATER from
VINNY. He is all over the web with his various
groups and blogs.
This water really does spark! It comes in a plastic
bottle. I touched my lips to the bottle and got a shock.
I would like to demonstrate that at the high holidays,
and Whole Being Weekend....have people stand in a circle.
Demonstrate the power of Life Force. You can feel it!
WED LUNCH
I was on a binge!!
Wed afternoon is my day at O.B.'s PEOPLE's FOOD STORE.
EM of Roots was behind the counter.
She was also at the FM yesterday.
That was sweet.
Real community emerging feeling at yesterday's FM.
Real sense of sprouts, peeking out...
Print up a picture for EM to have from the farm
last time...She was in charge of incredible happening
two Saturdays ago, that really demonstrated
FOOD Cooperation.
Gosh, there is a lot to do today!!!!
WED at PEOPLE's
1. Black beans and rice.
2. Two portions of Tapioca,
not too sweet.
3. One cup of chili
4. Then, the binge...
I threw in the towel...
ate some Vegan Cookies on the way home.
What was I wanted to suppress?????
I really did not need those cookies!!!

I did well. Did not eat the rest of the day.

I Ate one of DENNIS STOWELL's YELLOW Watermelons...
Dennis is a jewel. We are so blessed to have his love
back at the FM. He once said, "I am more concerned
with how much nutrition I can grow per acre, more than
profit!"
SUNDAY
Diarrhea was lessened.
I felt the SPARKY WATER and GLACIER MILK was
working!!!!
CONNIE and DAVE gave me a lot of love at the FM.
CONNIE is brought outa new OMEGA BURGER...
wonderful tasty...Wild Caught Salmon!!!!
I networked Dave up with BARRY LOGAN,
and JUSTIN NOBLE of Sage Mt. JOE had already left.
Joe had an abundance of tomatoes!!!!
I took a nice shot....or two...
Hmm on those Omega Burgers....
I ate two of them without the bun.
I have a heightened sensitivity now...
to GMO foods....They are in everything
that does not expressly say Organic!!!
Watch out for the Soy Lecithin!!!
Most Soy is GMO and it is in the Organic products.
We need some cheerleaders at the
Tour...
I see a Pep Rally for local, Organic Food!!
Talk to Dave about using the Microphone...
with a speaker...or have Scott set up ours.
Have the rally at the Mike.
have the musician welcome us there.
Maybe go to FM early...and pick up some
berries for the graduation...hand out berries
from the FM...

1. I ate one of CELESTE's MOCK TUNA
rolled in collard...J.P is on vacation.
I put Celeste on the new FARMER's MARKET
FLYER. I eat one of these most Sundays...
Sunflower seed mix...
SUNDAY at Market...
I ate a couple peaches from
the ladies at the end.
Ate some of BARRY KORAL's
Macadamia nuts...I bought a pound
to bring home.
SATURDAY
What did I eat???
Did not eat enough.
Thought I would go to Doug's event
with LARISA STOW, but ended up
staying home, doing finances
and talking till late with BF/TS.
FRIDAY
I don't remember right now.
Got to run!
ate watermelon too on Thursday...
for breakfast...did not feel good...
Then ate some of ANGELENE's banana bread
two slices.
FRIDAY
What did I eat?
I think I was focused on Curtis
Chicken most of the day.
ATE some chicken in the crock pot from
CURTIS when I came home.
I need to put in in the frig.
MONDAY.
AUGUST 10
1. SPARKY WATER between 7-8 AM
with GLACIER MILK
it is 8:30 AM now.
Diarrhea more formed...
yellow color...
It seems to shift colors.
Thirsty!
Still have some of PHIL's very special
pure water from underground.
Drink a mouthful of that....
WORK WITH PHOTOS..
Upload...send one to EM
Then, write check for rent.
Then, put images to make flyers on USB
stick drop of with VANESSA...
leave a flyer there...

SPARKY WATER
GLACIER MILK early
Oatmeal with Diatomaceous clay
some think milk cream on millet rice bread.
Had an eight hour reprieve
from Diarrhea...Amazing.
I may have taken a swing of
Bionic Mouthwash...silver product...
That seems to be working for me now.
Ate around 5 PM
at Peoples
OVERATE!!!
Brown rice pudding.
soup lentils and vegetable soup mixed.
Came home....had pint of CHEF JEM's
Amaksaki...
Not was all I ate...
Sever boating most of night...
intense pain...
Strong diarrhea toward morning.
I did not take SPARKY and GLACIER MILK
before bed. I was too bloated.
TUESDAY AUGUST 11
sparky water and glacier milk.
some diarrhea. evacuated a lot during
the night. watery toward the morning.
Gas.
It is 11 35 AM now.
Finished blogging..
consuming...
got to get to LMR completion...
and organizing EG.
