I had a natural bowel movement this morning! That was nice. I was thinking about doing another salt water flush in a few days time but I'm not going to.
I think I had a lot of things on my mind last night.. I was REALLY tired when I went to bed.. but I couldnt get to sleep for about and hour..I was WIDE awake. Its probabky connected to the fast and the act that today is another busy day! It was fine in the end.. I got up.. read a little.. then I went back to bed. I've had 6 hours sleep and I'm feeling fine this morning! My mouth was SUPER dry when I woke up this morning.
My hips and legs feel a bit stiff this morning
