Today is still feel

Onto stage 3 tommorow

a little tired.. but its because I've been busy. I had some very present discomfort and stiffness in my hips, shoulders and lower back. Also my throat was sore from time to time during the day (especially when I swallow)

My skin is very oily and I have more pimples on my face (about 6 now) and they are all on the left side (must correspond to an organ or organs)..I have to investigate!

I drank enough water today :-) I really feel at peace with myself and a connection with others..My dreams have been especially significant.. lots of guidance

I'm so thankful! :-)

On to day 8.. which is stage 3 (as i've read)
