day 6 water fast!

At peace with myself..

my weight this morning is........... the same!!... didnt expect that.. especially after flushing everything out yesterday.. anyway.. its fine. Because of the fast, I'm more at ease and at peace with myself which is great!! I know I am living healthier life. In the past, the fact that my weight stayed the same would have cause me to get depressed and quit. but not now.. Its fine :-)

Yesterday and today I've been waking up around 5am after going to bed at either 10pm or 11pm. 6-7hours sleep. Im sleeping so well!!

233lbs is the lowest I have weighed for YEARS and I will soon be down to 230lbs, which is unbelievable!

I can't wait!! ;-)
