Urine and bowel movements red from beets. Smooth move

Last night around midnight I drank another Smooth Move and went to bed. At 4:00 am I went to the bathroom and emptied. There was a lot of red, it must be have beent he beet in the juice I had last night.

This morning my urine was tinged toward red, I attribute it to the beet juice, since I don't feel any pain or discomfort anywhere.

Smooth move, four hours later went to the bathroom like 3 or 4 times, just orange sludge

10 oz of water with half a lemon juice

3-4 glasses of water

2 oz of wheatgrass

14 oz of pineapple, parsley, ginger

I'm listening to some audiorecordings on Juice Feasting.com, I a interested in paying for a month to learn more.
