This is the last night of
Passover.
Passover is a holiday
with many universal applications,
and lessons for everyone
regarding getting out of stuck places
and Recovering certain health practices.

In this story, you will find the
connection to THE GREAT EARTH CLEANUP,

Passover is a Holiday that shows up in
the first half of what some call the Bible.
This first half others call the Old Testament.
The name itself Passover
has to do with the ten plaques.
In the final plaque, the Pharoah
calls for the death of the first born kids
of his slaves. The parents put lambs
blood over their door posts, and the
Angel of Death passes them by.
The Egyptian first born die instead.
Most of us today, are killing ourselves.
We are taking in the Angel of Death,
so to speak. We are choosing a slow death,
rather than a fast one.
One of the health plaques of our age
is the way we process our foods.
Three of the leading causes of
ill health and living in our personal
Eqypt's was traced by DR. BERNARD
JENSEN to processed wheat, refined sugar,
and pasteurized milk and milk products.
Dr. Bernard Jensen's was definately
a Moses for our time, a prophet who
was showing us ways out of our misery
and ill-health places. Eqypt is also
called Mitzrahem...
Tonight I am going to lead some members
of the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community
here where I live in a Virtual Seder.
I say Virtual, because I don't want to get too
hung up in all the food prep.

Most of us don't give too much thought
to the quality of plants that feed us.
More and more of us who live in the
Curezone think in terms of organically grown
plants. This is a good thing.
Fewer of us think in terms of establishing
first hand intimate relationship with how
plants grow, or what they have to teach us
about being healthier.
There is much to remember about
how to grow naturally.
LUTHER BURBANK, one of DR. BERNARD JENSEN's
favorite plant growers, begins his book
THE TRAINING OF THE HUMAN PLANT (1908)
by recognizing that their is a great similarity
between plant development and human development.
Most of us today, get our education
getting schooled by people who have no idea
what a healthy person needs.
[ Aside: One of our community projects--
our sources of service--is to begin
be a Center of Education for our nearby
State University--San Diego State.
Chef Jem and I have been interacting
with some of the brightest who
belong to both the Nutrition as well
as e3 Clubs on Campus.
I see a relationship of mutual benefit
unfolding. At the same time, our a current
project here is taking personal and community
steps to fulfill The Great Earth Cleanup on site. ]
We are settling for less. Most kids and adults
are given the feeling that the things we see
advertised are O.K. to eat, but anyone who watches
T.V. these days will see more and more commercials
offering drug solutions. These drug solutions often
as a result of the foods and lifestyles we are choosing.
Again, many people think these drugs that are offered
are a suitable choice for the health problems we
are having.
DR BERNARD JENSEN, (JBJ) one of the greatest "Whole"
thinkers of the last century, saw more than 350,000
patients in his day.
He basically knew that most people he saw
were out of touch with Nature.
Plants--growing just one--
can give us a real University Education
that ultimately can lead to get back in
in in step with Nature.
If you want to get in the beat,
grow a "beet." I say this because beets
are a good beginning plant to grow.
It is difficult to kill them. They will grow
in a pot for many, many months with the
right soil.
They have a lot to teach us about being healthier.
That is why I want to suggest you get back
in step with your Nature through going out of your

The beginning of every disease
is a catarrhal settlement that couldn't
be eliminated.
Most excretions from the body are catarrhal.
Catarrh is an inflammation accompanied by
an excretion.
This is a natural elimination process.
Cararrh is from two Greek words;
Kata--meaning "down" and Rheim--
meaning "Flow," "To Flow down."
The body is designed to bring toxic material
to the elimination organs and to discharge
it through this process.
Catarrhal overflowmay be handled by the tonsils,
appendix, and inflammations in the body such as otitis (ear),
heart, and bronchitis.
Children's diseases are nearly always catarrhal.
If suppressed, catarrh stays in the body and will cause
trouble later. Parentsshould always let catarrh run
in their children, because it is a natural cleansing process.

We stop the flow of Catarrh with drugs.
Emotional trauma is also a major cause
leading to inflammation.
Most of us today, on a conscious path
are just beginning to learn how to express
ourselves. Most of us suppress feelings.
Dr. Bernard Jensen says in

First, we find colds and flus.
These are natural processes of elimination.
IF these processes are suppressed
then comes bronchitis.
If suppression continues to take place, we find
the sequence of resulting conditions increasing in severity.
From bronchitis, it goes to allergies,
then hay fever, then asthma.
Catarrh has not been allowed to flow.
It has not been eliminated, soit is forced to settle
in the body in the inherently weak organs, glands,
and tissues, where it compromises tissue integrity
and interferes with tissue function.
there is no one who has asthma who didn't have hay
fever first. No one has hayfever who didn't first have colds,
flues and "itises."
We create the conditions for disease by suppressing catarrh
at each stage of the body's attempt to eliminate it.
Now that we have that understanding,

When nutrition is the cause of catarrh problems,
then we must start there to correct it.
The average American is on a catarrh-forming
food regimen which is very likely to produce
a chronic disease in time.
WHEAT, MILK, AND SUGAR--
THE BIGGEST CATARRH PRODUCERS
The excessive use of wheat, milk and sugar causes
more catarrhr than anything else. In combination,
they cuase more catarrh than any one by itself.
Another reason to cut down these foods is to make
room for more natural foods like fruits, berries, nuts,
seeds, tubers, and low-gluten whole grains.

Dr. Bernard Jensen believed it was

I believe Dr. Bernard Jensen got some of its ideas

Just off the phone after a
strong connecting talk with
JON JENSEN, grandson of
Dr. Bernard Jensen. JBJ's
grandson is the offspring
of Dave, JBJ's eldest from
his first wife. JBJ's first wife
died in the hospital.
The young Jensen already
knew something of Iridology.
He told the doctors where to
perform the surgery, but they
ignored his advice. After his
wife died, the did an autopsy.
The doctors found that in the
exact spot where the young
Jensen had indicated, the problem
that caused her death could be found.
This strengthed the young Dr. Jensen
do pursue his lifelong studies.
Dr. Bernard Jensen, AKA Doc to me,
and JBJ, was in constant pursuit
of wisdom. His many travels
are recorded in the marvelous
DVD called

His QUEST FOR HEALTH &
HAPPINESS put out by

The doctor was in La Jolla.
He looked like he was dying.
