Day 3...I was very VERY bad yesterday 9:58 am

I ate the damn cookies and did the salt flush...and pooed!

So let me tell you what all happened the rest of yesterday. I did all the normal stuff and then REAL temptation faced me...in the form of our annual Girl Scout Cookie haul. I couldn't resist, I actually ATE the damn cookies! I was so upset at myself. But then I regained my composure and unlike many times before when I would just chalk it up to experience and fall off the bandwagon, I became more determined and have decided to extend this for 4 more days, making it 14 days...or two weeks.

Then, I did the saltwater flush and...nothing happened. I guess I was all up in knotts over having eatten the cookies. I drank my tea around 9:30 and was out by 10:40.

Then, this morning, around 6:00 am I did the saltwater thing again and surprise! 30 minutes later I was running to the bathroom WOOHOOO!!! and I ran to the bathroom 2 more time before I left the house again. I still haven't found a bigger container to carry my lemonaide around with me, so I still have the 38 ounce bottle. But today, I brought another 38-oucne bottle full of water, which I've read in others experience helps with the hunger pangs I've been having. And I can say, I'm doing fine today.
