Went through cleansing crisis

I had a MAJOR detox 2 days ago. Headache, joint pain, nausea, body aches, fever. It lasted about 6 hours, and then I had really bad body odor and breath, which is my body purging. The cycle remains the same!

Right now I am feeling okay. I had one Lindt's Chocolate truffle like a silly person, and I could feel it tingle across my tongue, which means the candid was getting the sugar it wanted. Man! So I am keeping an eye on my tongue. I am also holding the coconut oil against my tongue before swallowing it. We'll see if that works.

I am regular again for the first time since taking the antibiotics.

I will keep on going.
