Day 2 of Coconut oil
Only day 2 of Coconut Oil and already experiencing die off
Date: 3/9/2009 9:38:14 AM ( 14 y ) ... viewed 2520 times I was posting in another blog about riding my bike, but I have since discovered that I have candida. I have also found out that coconut oil can kill it, so I am giving it a try.
My tongue was white with spots, and I started taking Candex about a week ago. I was getting slow, but positive results. But I read that Candex is more or less an enzyme that actually eats away at it but does not kill it right away. So I started the coconut oil yesterday.
All I can say is that this is only the second day of the coconut, and I already feel horrible, which is a good sign of die off. My tongue is, dare I say, turning brown instead of white? I assume that is the candida dying off.
My head feels like it is under water, I am getting the high-pitch ringing in my ears, fighting off a headache and body aches, my belly feels bruised. Bring it on, Candida! You can fight all you want, but I will surely win!
I have a feeling that the Candida got a foothold in November when I had a kidney infection, and had to take major antibiotics. I used to be super regular (eating about 40 grams of fiber a day), lots of energy, and so on. But I have been pretty lethargic and gaining weight since then.
We'll see how this goes. I am hoping my energy will come back and the weight will melt off again.
My regime: 4 TB of coconut oil a day; 2 Candex in morning, 2 in evening; 1 nasty glass of phsyllium and bentonite to help with the toxins/die off.
Any advice or experiences is welcome! Time to go eat some more. *sigh*
