My first water fast

Upon recommendation of a friend, I am attempting a water fast. Ok, a one day water fast, lol.

I am doing my first water fast today. So I am taking baby steps. I will fast today and see how it goes and take this as a trial run.

Yesterday was a hard day for me and got very sick, so I want to see if this helps.

After my flubbed oj fast I am leary of fasting but so many have recommended a water fast that I want to see the difference in my religious fast and a water fast. Does depriving the body of all nourishment really aide the body in recovery? This I will see.
