Hi Blind pew, Welcome to my blog. If you will read down on the blog you will find I did a 8 day juice fast and almost died from toxemia, so no more juice fast. I was doing this one day water fast mainly to see how my body reacted to it and it is ok, but I do prefer the Islamic fast better. Which one is better for the body, only Allah knows.
The problem with the juice fast is I do not have all the necessary things like lbb and the parasite herbs so I can't blame MH for the flub just what is destined for me.
I am still recovering from the near fatal experience and had many side affects that were not expected. So here I am searching for the magic fast. It all comes back to my original protocol of juices and budwig. Hurray, love budwig.
