Date: 2/17/2009 5:30:39 PM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 2294 times I suspended UT for 2 days. Then i've been starting again since yesterday. This way perhaps will stimulate my immune system to be stronger. I've just read about this method from internet. The result: my body's getting strong. But again, i have to remind myself to do a lot of stretching/yoga,because it really help for my blood circulation. Also I must do relaxation (stress is my daily mental).
