Day 2

Today was the same as yesterday. Had a dry mouth though...

Today was easier during the day and I had a great amount of energy. I was not thirsty but my lips and mouth were dry. By 5:00pm I started to get a thick coat around my tongue. Still had some this morning after brushing. I walked about 4 miles uphill and down. It was more uphill than yesterday. It felt great and it actually calmed my stomach.
At night I was wide awake and had a hard time sleeping. I stayed up till 1:00am when I am usually asleep by 11:00.
