Today was the same as yesterday. Had a dry mouth though...

Today was easier during the day and I had a great amount of energy. I was not thirsty but my lips and mouth were dry. By 5:00pm I started to get a thick coat around my tongue. Still had some this m... visit the page

This is the first day of my 14 day water fast. This is my 5 attempt of doing one through.
